SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping methods and charges to countries other than the US require individual personal attention and the filing of Customs paperwork. Please email us at orders@nepalispice.com to discuss specifics in regards to international shipping.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our spices.

Unopened products purchased online within 90 days of the request can be returned for a full refund. Please note that the refund will reflect the price paid in your order and can only be applied to the form of payment used for the purchase. If the returned item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts. All shipping charges paid by the customer to receive the order will not be applied to the refunded total. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be applied after the returned product is received.
